We want you to be completely confident in your purchase of MindVault. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all initial software license purchases, annual subscriptions, and Pioneer Lifetime Access passes.

If you purchase MindVault and find that it does not meet your research needs or is incompatible with your computer setup, you may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

You can cancel your recurring monthly or annual subscription at any time with a single click in your billing dashboard or by emailing support@mail.usemindvault.com.

• * Access Period: When you cancel, your license remains fully active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• * No Partial Month Pro-Rations: After the initial 14-day refund window has elapsed, monthly subscription renewals are non-refundable for partial months of service.

To request a refund under our 14-day guarantee:

• Send an email to support@mail.usemindvault.com from the email address associated with your purchase.
• Include your Order ID or transaction receipt number in the subject line (e.g. *"Refund Request - Order #MV-10492"*).
• (Optional) Let us know why the software wasn’t a fit — your feedback directly shapes our hardware drivers and DSP updates.

Our support team processes valid refund requests within 2 to 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds will appear back on your original payment card within 5 to 10 business days.
